Job Description:

Our company has experienced a steady sales growth since its inception. We now have an opportunity for an individual to take us to the next level. The successful candidate will be a result driven, high energy individual ready to lead our seasoned sales team, assist in maintaining supplier and customer relationships and develop a sales strategy to meet corporate objectives.

Top level responsibilities will be:

  • Lead our current sales team
  • Identify and hire new sales team members
  • Develop and implementation of successful sales strategies to meet corporate objectives
  • Improve and maintain first class field communications
  • Assist in development of business strategies to achieve corporate objectives

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills and have a high sense of urgency. Applicants should expect 25-50% travel.

ACCOUNT MANAGER – No cold calling necessary.

Dominion Metallurgical, a growth oriented company with a unique business model, has outstanding opportunities for a quality, technical, or operational foundry person. The successful candidate will be able to utilize their knowledge, experience, and understanding of foundry technology, quality systems, and machining of castings to develop solutions with customers in an Account Management role.


  • Utilize your foundry experience in an autonomous environment
  • Develop, strengthen and maintain long term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Coordinate value added services with suppliers for customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotes, and negotiation strategies
  • Work with Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing personnel at customers and suppliers
  • Work with customers to retain and grow the accounts


  • Position is based in Roanoke, Virginia
  • Associate's Degree or higher education
  • At least 10 years of experience in foundry or machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials
